THE PROBLEM

General AI chatbots can hallucinate, pulling facts from random sources. Klinikleitlinien only uses official medical guidelines.

HOW IT WORKS

Three steps, nothing more.

Every answer starts with official medical guideline documents, not the open internet. Add your own records for results tailored to you.

01

Upload your documents.

Lab reports, discharge letters, medication lists. Only you can see them. Klinikleitlinien combines them with official guidelines to personalize your answers.

02

Enter your context.

Age, known conditions, current medications, allergies. The more specific you are, the more specific your answers. Edit or delete anything, anytime.

03

Ask your questions.

In plain language, the way you'd ask a doctor friend. Every answer cites the exact guideline passage (and your own documents) it's based on.

ABOUT

Reliable answers, not eloquent guesses.

General-purpose AI is impressive, but it wasn't built for clinical decision-making. It can invent facts and miss important details, and in medicine, that's not a minor flaw. Klinikleitlinien was built to fix it: every answer is grounded in official medical guideline documents, the same sources physicians already trust, not the open web.

You can also add your own documents (lab reports, discharge letters, prescriptions) so answers combine official guidelines with your own records. Our mission is simple: fast, evidence-based clinical guidance, with none of the guesswork.

QUESTIONS

Things worth asking.

If your question isn't here, write to us at hello@klinikleitlinien.de , and a person answers.

Yes. All data is encrypted, stored on EU infrastructure in Frankfurt, and isolated per user. We follow GDPR's strict rules for health data. You can export or delete everything yourself, anytime, from Settings.
We currently cover all German-speaking clinical guidelines (the same kind doctors and hospitals use), and we're updating them constantly as new versions are published. We're also expanding soon to include American guidelines.
No, it's built not to try. Klinikleitlinien explains what the guidelines say about symptoms and conditions, but diagnosing you requires a doctor who can actually examine you. Every answer includes a reminder to consult one.
Everything: your documents, conversations, health profile, and account. Deletion happens immediately when you confirm it, and it's permanent. There's no way to recover the data afterward.
We don't just give you an answer. We show you exactly which guideline it came from, so you or your doctor can check the source yourself. That's more trustworthy than a score, because you can verify every claim directly.
Yes, the interface, conversations, and citations are all available in English and German, including official German-speaking clinical guidelines, which are also used in Austria and Switzerland.
No. Klinikleitlinien is a health-information tool, not a medical device. Many users share their answers with their doctor as a starting point for a conversation, not a replacement for one.
Free to try: 3 questions a week, no credit card needed. Need more today? A Day Pass is CHF 9 for unlimited questions for 24 hours. For ongoing use, Pro is CHF 29 a month with unlimited questions and permanent conversation history. No ads, ever.
